Looks like about 50-75 to ship to that zip code.  $200 shipped sound good?

Why are you selling those? Those look great. I've already got too many rims as it is, or I would love to buy them from you, but I already have 3 extra sets of rims as it is, and really need to start watching my spending so I don't get myself in trouble again. There are VERY few rims that I like, and those are definitly one of my favorites. I was VERY tempted to buy them from you.

I'm pretty desperate for money at the moment and these wheels are just sitting in my garage gathering dust and oxidizing.  Those wheels caught my eye and are one of the reasons I bought this car.  I wish I didn't have to let them go, but it's either sell the wheels or sell the motorcycle.

It's all good, I understand how hard it is to make decisions sometimes.  I really wish I could keep 'em, but student loans dictate otherwise.  Maybe someday I'll have some money to throw around again lol.

Good luck man. It's really too bad you have to sell them and they are in very nice condition from what I can see in your sig. Hold on to them while you can but I understand about Student Loans, I will be paying mine soon.

I got the info from a fairly reliable source.  Could it be that maybe there was a 5 lug option like the turbo coupe thing?  I would hope that any bidders would know whether or not they will fit a certain application.  That's also why I said to check with your dealer first. :flip:  right back at ya.

I really do like those wheels. Do you know what shipping is to 45036. Maybe I'll mount them on my wall, hehe. Cause I sure don't need them. I've got five cars (1 is a parts car, and another is for my son to use until he gets what he really wants), and nine sets of rims. I must be crazy to even consider buying them. I need to quit looking at them.:D

What "5 lug option like the turbo coupe thing" are you referring to? All TC's were 4-lug. There was no 5-lug option, unless you wanted to install 'em yourself. The '79 Cougar was a full frame car with 5-lug wheels, the 80 - 88 were Foxes. And one thing I have learned in six years of selling on eBay: Don't ever assume that car owners know what fits their cars. The "Law of eBay Assholes" dictates that the winner of your auction will have a '79, the rims won't fit, and they'll want all their money back, plus shipping. Trust me - if it's possible for a bidder to misinterpret anything, they will misinterpret it. Hell, you could spell it all out and include photos, and the bidder simply won't read it or look at the photos.

Sorry for the derail - sometimes I just gotta have an eBay vent :D

I thought that TC's had 5 lug snowflakes?  I guess I need to brush up on my trivia

Nope. 87-88 TC's are 4 lug, 16".

I'm personally surprised that the 80-82 is 4 lug. I didn't know that. The 79 is definitely 5.

I have a picture of the 87 TC snowflake wheels on my cardomain page, page #2 I think.  I know for a fact that they are 4 lug because I wouldnt have carried them 1.5 miles out of a junkyard if they wouldnt fit my car.  :2c:
