im in northern virginia, Vienna, for about a month stayin with my aunt and one my way back two the house tonight i saw a gray bird with chrome cobra at a stoplight. is that any one on here and if not it was on clean bird from what i saw and the should be on here
My sister just moved to Virginia to be a nanny for a couple of doctors. she lives by the Blue Ridge Mountains, and says it's frickin hot. :D She's already had a really bad sunburn, so she's the Nova Scotian girl who cooks like a lobster (she typically has the skin tone of a marshmallow).
Would that be a cooked, burned or raw? :giggle:
If you are in Virginia you should give me a shout. Only problem is Im in the southwest part of the state..... At the base of the blue ridge mountains... so maybe that sis would like company???? I like marshmellows.....
Just so you know, the long hand of three big brothers can reach a long way.
I'm in Richmond right now. But I live in Blacksburg (southwestern part of the state) during the school year. Only one more semester to go!
Virgina tech i suppose? my cuz just graduated about2 years ago. andWeasle i would love to see your cat in person. how far are you from the Vienna/fairfax area? my uncle flys so mabe we can head down that way one weekend.
still no idea whos bird that was?
let me get this straight.... you live this close to me and never came by to visit..........:flame:
I already told him all about you....:flip: :rollin:
Weasle,
I didn't realize you were right next dor to me. I live between Roanoke and Lynchburg! Your just a hop, skip and jump from me.
Let me guess... Bedford? I make regular trips to Altavista and Boones Mill to visit some lady friends of mine. Maybe we can meet up on my next trip up. BTW are you any good at working on cars lol I have a tranny that needs installed lol;)
weasle how far are you from Shenndoha Valley?
Well technically you are that close to me too. Why haven't you come up and visited me? :tg: But seriously your car has definitely been an inspiration for me. I would love to see it in person sometime. I should make a trip down there sometime.
Yup, you got it...good 'ol Bedrock.
Don't start drooling, but I have a garage that I do a lot of work out of....just to brag a little bit on it, it's even air conditioned! I'm pretty busy for the next two to three weeks, but stop in sometime. Just send me an e-mail at longgrifle@yahoo.com.
i saw that bird again but no owner. it was in longhorn paring lot this afternoon. still have no idea who's it is. it looks like a V6 but im just guessing and is nice but not what i thought it was the first time i saw it.
What rock have you guys been hiding under, I'm just outside of Lynchburg, like 30-45 minutes from Bedford. You people are speaking my language, Altavista, Bedford, Roanoke, I'm on local overload suddenly.
Same here, come see me anytime (434) 942-0787, I have a decent cinderblock garage, well equipped with cherry picker, engine stand, welder, many cutting tools, and air tools. I've pulled transmissions before too, big Ford autos as well as T-5s. FFW is this weekend in Dinwiddie, see the other VA people post for the full scoop.
Ok so I can count on all you guys to come help me swap out my tranny? Ohh and did I mention free beer?
saw another bird up here in fairfax this time it was gray with a black grill and buckets i think its hard to tell passing them on the opposite side at 45 in the rain. looked like crome rims like welds or lookalikes. thats two birds up here that ive seen and the one wasn't on here so maybe this one is. hope so otherwise there might be alot more birds and cats up here that dont know bout us
