so i moved the fuel pump on the kitty, the auxilliary cigar looking one.............. and i FORGOT which is the in and which is the out to the filter and engine..... it sats nothing....... so which end is which? one side has the wires and i think that is the in but i'm not sure...... i'd appreciate the help :)
I haven messed with one of those... But on the in tank pump the wires are on the pressure outlet. Fill it up with kerosene(gas is too flammable) and connect the wires to see which end it shoots out...
It will be imprinted on the pump itself....pull it out of the mounting bracket...
i think it's been changed before..... the filter says in and out, but the pump only has printing about where it was made and stiff.... i wish my service manuals showed the flow pattern (i guess i'm dumber than the factory tech)....... i guess i'll get some kero and try that
