I'm addicted to it. I've come REALLY close to beating it. I just have bark at the moon left and I can't for the life of me beat it. I've gotten to 99% countless times and failed... I'm going to rip out my hair pretty soon :giggle:

So do I, but the game seems to help to build independance in my fingers. If only they had a game you play the ACTUAL guitar. I'd be all over that like a fat kid on a cupcake.

amooset, that would be bitchin. And it wouldn't be too hard, if you could keep it in standard pitch. You just need a controler box with a jack in the side of it, that reads frequencies like a tuner. (not that I ever use tuners. They're cheating). I bet that would teach you to nail notes, because any buzzing would be a miss.
triple ditto.....me too, my hands dont fit the guitar as well as they do the bass cuz i got some big hands and long fingers plus, when you play bass and get used to rythm making guitar becomes simple
i.e. the bassline to pinkfloyds money gets you to articulate a lil better

used to play bass and guitar in HS. conentrated on horns in college and havne't really played since. My dad had a 1970 Les Paul gold top deluxe that he had all stossed out with better pickups and stainless tuners I used to play on.. through a 1964 Fender Bandmaster Tube amp with dual 12' pv sro's... mmm loud.
okay. now he can have it back.. lots of guitar players seem to love that game, never played it thought.

hijack again....... lead guitar/rythm guitar/bass/keyboard/drum player here. wonder how hard it would be to make a keyboard read a guitar. like the yamaha keyboards that teach you to play. I learned fur elise with one of those. you could download songs into it and stuff. would be kinda cool it would call for a note and you had to hit it before the next one would come up. talk about learning to hit notes.

I beat it a couple days ago finally, but after I got the congrats screen, it froze up, so I rebooted it. Now all of my progress is GONE!!! I have to start all over again!!! I guess that's what I get for playing it off of the HD Loader. Next time I'll be sure and play with the actual game. My goal is to beat it again before GH 2 comes out this fall
