I've got probably the same wheel that the other guy was offering.  It's out of an '87/'88 TC.  I don't exactly call it blue, to me it's more gray than blue.  But it's the standard TC wheel with thick padding and the indentions on each side for grip.  I can't make any guarantees on the horn operation, but the button is there.  I'll let it go for $35 plus shipping.  It's in very good shape.  Let me know.
