Anybody tried Ford Racing Mass air flow conversion kit?
Summit part FMS-M-12071-G302.
It states that it will fit from 93 and up.
I have an '87 5.0, any chance of using it?

That kit doesn't have the wiring needed to splice into the harness. You would be better off with this one:
