Title: The Curse!
Post by: V8Demon on May 10, 2006, 04:09:53 PM
Today was my last day as a member of the NY Air National Guard.  I went in today to do my final outprocess.  On the way home, about 30 miles from my house, my 2 year old 255LPH Walbro pump takes a dump on me.  So I have to get that fixed before I send the car in for paint.  I called up a friend and we got it towed to his shop.
While it's down I'm gonna do another torque convertor, a tranny cooler, an oil cooler, and finally put the darn sub-frame connectors on.  Over 8 years and this is the very first time the Demon has ever left me stranded.  I'm so pissed......

In 2000 I left active duty Air Force.  On my last official active duty day I spun a rod and needed a new crank, rod and pistons(she didn't leave me stranded that time at least).  The Air Force refuses to let me go without retribution.

Thank you for your uears of service.... it really is appreciated, even when others make it seem like it's not.

BTW, my nephew is in the USAF right now, he just went to Korea last month. I know darn well my sister didn't sign a permission slip for this feild trip.... who's ass do we whoop for letting him go?
