Ive had a 3" Stinger downpipe, and a 3" dynomax ultraflow laying around for something like 7 months. I was going to piece together some mandrel bends, add a second ler in line with the rest of the exhaust, and do all that, but then i just gave up, and bought the rest from Stinger.
The exhaust is on the car, i dont have pictures on the car since i had to be somewhere about 20 minutes before i actually finished the exhaust, but here's whats on there.

The setup.

The ler with the stock hangers mounted. I didnt have access to a welder, and i couldnt find my rivot gun, so i ended using some self tapping screws, and threw some high temp RTV all over the mounting areas, to help seal the threads and where the hangers will probably rub
Sometime this week, after i pay a bill or two, ill be ordering a 3" tailpipe, a turndown, and some more clamps. I got a torktite clamp, which is a "stepped" band clamp, and the thing rocks, so im going to try to find more of them.
cool deal!
sweet man....sound clips when you are done ;)
Dame, that thing is a beast. Love the ghetto rigging.
Cool. We need a sound clip when you're done;) .
find a TC, yank the catback off, thats exactly how it sounds
when i get a tailpipe on it, itll probably be quiter, but still sound like a tractor
the only downfall is, when i had just the stock downpipe on it, the turbo screamed, you could hear it for miles, now it quieted the turbo down, but the car didnt get quieter
sweet, can't wait to get all of my exhaust parts together.
So far, its been the biggest impact out of anything ive done. The turbo swap was awesome, but this has really woken the car up.
