CLICKY (http://"http://www.coolcats.net/media/heatpanl.pdf")

It's not the easiest job in the world.  The conversion itself isn't difficult, but working in the confined space behind the dash trying to mess with the slider cable isn't very fun.  I ended up doing mine the same time I did the heater core.

Id like to see someone adapt this Taurus control consol to a car with EATC......That would be great.  I really dont like the EATC at all, its a pain in the AZZ sometimes.

Agreed.  Mine is pissed off all the time now.  It flashes all the time and everything from 65 to 90 is hot.  And 60 is freezing cold.  Sometimes it will work if I set the temp and leave it on auto but most of the time it's either hot or cold.  And flashing.  Mocking me.

the reason i was wondering was simply that, i wanted to do it while my dash is torn apart cus im doing the heater core and fixing the cracks on the dash...

and also, i found when i unpluged my heater controlls, one of the molex connectors are melted and charred... who knows when my car might have went up in flames...
