Title: cold air intake???

i want to put a cold air intake on my 88 xr7 that i got 2 weeks ago put i cant find one. i heard i can use one from a mustang i jus wanna make sure i can and wat year mustang to order it 4

'89-'93 Mustang stuff works.

the 89-93 uses a mass air sensor, so there will be a spot for the mass air thingy.

, I forgot that '87-'88 Cougars weren't mass-air (mine has been converted.) I suppose a speed density Mustang kit would work.

That or convert to Mass Air. It would also look tacky but couldnt you get a used MAF meter off ebay and stick it in just for a connector?

is that the TBI 3.8?
and are you meaning would the air sensor work or would the cold air work?
