Did you use that Meguier's NXT Wax? I used it for the first time just last week when I pulled the T-bird out of storage. I polished the car first and then instead of using the Meguier's Carnuba wax I tried that NXT stuff.  that stuff is shiney! I though the Carnuba wax was good but this stuff blows it out of the water.

I couldn't tell you. I usually use paint cleaner then polish before I wax the car when I take it out of storage. Usually that takes care of most of the swirls before I wax. The NXT wax did get rid of any swirls I had left though. I will say though it's very shiney :D . I don't know how it would stand up to weather though. I only wash the car once a month the rest of the time I just dust it. I would recomend the paste version over the liquid though. The paste version of any wax usually lasts longer.

The paste NXT is one of the longest lasting waxes you can buy at a parts dealer.  I use that, and some Meguiars #16. Best carnuaba based wax ever existed.  So  good it's illegal.  Lol, something about runoff or something made the US outlaw it.  I've tried meguiars, zaino, mothers, and turtlewax.  Zaino is decent, but godawful expensive.  Mothers is  except for the wheel cleaner.  And turtlewax would be something I'd put on my lawnmower.  It is so worthless I can't even stand looking at the can.  But that NXT is great on all cars, but the carnuaba waxes make blacks look much deeper and wet.
