Title: Mustang struts, but which generation?
Post by: Beau on March 15, 2006, 10:25:56 PM
Now that I've the TC for parts, was seriously contemplating going with the 11" brakes, while the struts were out for replacement, and since I really don't want to use the TC parts, I was thinking about Mustang struts.
I don't intend on lowering the car for a while,(like a coupla years).
Would it be best for me to use SN95, or Fox Stang struts?
Only other mod to be done soon will be to drop in the V8, but I'll use the springs out of the sport when I do that..far as the back, I guess V6 springs will work....???

Your's hasn't been lowered or anything, and no C/C plates?
I'm kinda new to this suspension stuff..
Just trying to figure out what options I have, and what'll work...

sn-95 for unlowered fox  for lowered. the "sweet spot" as it was put before on the strut is lower on the fox than the sn-95 which is closer to our's stock.
