There is a customer in Longview, WA wishing to sell her car. It's a 1985.5 TC, Black, red leather, single power seat, 5-Speed, cornering lamps, etc. It's got NEW paint, a nicer interior, runs and drives EXCELLENT (I've driven it, it's mechanically sound). .63 A/R T3, all-original motor, fresh tune-up, nice CD player/system with 2 10"'s, chrome wheels, new tires, chrome exhaust, new cat-back. No issues, no rust except 1 nickel-sized bubble just under the rear window. Never been hit or messed with. She's asking $2000 obo. It's well worth that but I can't have any more cars, so I'm trying to help her out. I have a ton of pics and her contact info if anybody is SERIOUSLY interested.
, that seems to be well worth the money! I hope it goes to a good buyer.
And is that a factory sunroof?
What a car.
Unfortunately, not a factory sunroof, but the install was done right (by the dealer in 85 at that) and has never leaked. The car is also woman-owned and never been beat on so there's no 1/4 panel warpage. The really nice paint shows any body imperfections, and I haven't found one yet. This is the 2nd best TC I have ever seen in my life, and I've seen a TON of TC's.
Its tempting but I'm not a fan of the 4 eyes. Any idea how many miles?
140K but you'd swair it only had 4K looking at it. This car has ben babied it's entire life.
I would seriously consider that if I wasn't 3,000 miles away from it. What a beautiful car.
if i could in ANY way convice the wife of letting me buy it i would be out there tomorrow. but i really don't want to be divorced at this time.
very nice car. bump.
Jim, I guarantee it will drive the 3000 miles back to your house with no problems. I'll even pick you up from the airport;)
So between the cost of a plane ticket out there and gas and four days of lost work on the way back, the car would end up costing me probably twice as much as the actual price! :giggle:
Well, exactly where in Longview is it at? I may stop by for a look while I'm up there. When was it last DEQ'd?
Bump, still for sale.
