(for reference, Hugo is listed as having caused 7 billion in damage)
I was sorta planning on picking up some gin and tonic and celebrating with family and friends the end of this horrendous season, Nov. 30.. but then one last storm (tropical storm Otto) formed and dicked around out by Bermuda for a couple days, giving us one last :flip: from good ol' Mother Nature. Eh, so much for the mini-party. :shoothead
It's been a few months now and people are still messed up from the storm. The guy who came over to touch up the porcelain on our new tub (it was chipped on installation) still doesn't have a roof. There are still street signs on US 41 that are turned around backwards and bent back into the ground. (we're talking big signs on two mounting poles) But at least we got AutoHole back. :ies:
Now it's your turn, northerners.. with that strange white stuff that falls from your sky. :p :giggle:
This is just a flimsy excuse to post this pic, but..
The sun sets on another hurricane season! :D
Yes... we have a little snow a some aurore boreales because of solar winds...
