cool girlfriend.  my wife went to ffw with me sat for the first time. she had alot of fun. now she knows why i'm addicted :)

When i build an 8.8 for my red bird, i plan on a diff cover/girdle like that

So what is the purpose to upgrading from a stock diff cover?  That one has fins on it similar to heat sinks, so I am going to guess it helps keep the diff fluid cooler?  Are there any other benefits?

it's also a support, pre loads the caps so they don't move around

those benefits mentioned and it is required with a torque-arm (assuming i can ever afford one... the whole package at least), it looks good, has a drain plug and most importantly... i stripped my fill plug. lol.
