are there any retail sources out there that offer a dash replacement?  Don't really care for the cracked look.

yeah, you can get caps that go over the cracks on top...I believe Haystack done his up...

haha actually no I havent, I just always recomend it when someone wants a new dash.

screw that....i love the cracked look.....its was part of the custom inconveniance package offered back in the 80s

Do they only have the dash caps for cougars or do they have them for thunderbirds.I looked at coolcats but did not see them unless I looked in the wrong place.Thanks in advance for any help.

There's no difference, at least from '85 thru '88....
The results of these dash caps are quite amazing when done correctly, I've a got an otherwise mint TC dash, except for the "inconvenient cracks", and I'd like to fix one of these days...

Becasue I must have the inconveniance package.

yes they do i just replaced mine and it looks like a brand new dash when installed properly look at my pics on mycardomain i bought off e-bay they are about $100 but i got mine at auction
