IHI...they put those on the 87-88s right?  Is it in good working condition?

Yep. The IHI's are stock on 87-88 TCs. AFAIK it's in good working condition. Spooled up real nice until I got my exhaust leak. I'll take pics as soon as I take it off if you'd like.

all parts yes. instructions can be downloaded from mm's website but i can print them out if you'd like.
