i would like to have some custom lighted area's, and do something with my 3rd Brakelight maybe a custom console, or a custom domelight assembly?

maybe with teh 3rd brakelight, make somethin like a plate with a Tbird logo cut out of it, put it over the light, so it makes a halloween pumpkin kinda effect

If you have the opening above the radio you can get some leds and light that up. It looks good i have done it. I bought the led window washer lights and used the leds out of these.

What might help is pics of what you already have, so we can see the color and condition of it, and a little more about what you want to do.

the dome is a pain, i tried doing mine but never got to into it, im not sure, but i think u might be able to replace it with an 87 stang dome im not positive though someone told me u could but i never checked into it, all i did to mine was put an led bar in so when u open the door its green n all my interior lights are green ill get a pic of it sooner or latr its not to hard if thats what ur looking to do let me know it requires some cash but other than that a monkey with sodering knowledge can do it
