Well im curious if on my 84 cougar if the starter is the same for a 302? i know the oil pump? is the same. If possible could yall post things that would interchange between the 2 engines? if needed year specific. would be helpful i think

I do belive all v-6 and v-8 starters are the same. Here is a parts interchange list on coolcats.net

Yeah i was lookin at that but it doesnt really say anything bout engine parts. main thing im lookin for is oil pump with pick up tube.... starter is another benefit.
