man, about any 80's and early 90's ford cars will work.  Hell the seats out of my cougar bolted up to the seat tracks in my ranger!

cougarfan,
I've also got an '83 Cougar, LS V6.  It's charcoal metallic on the exterior, and a deep red interior.  Even though my interior is near perfect, I would like someday to put some dark red/maroon Mark VII LSC leather seats in it, the ones with the cool looking bolsters.  I think that would make a very unique Cougar.  Those seats, to me, would be the best choice for a Cougar, since the Mark was the most expensive Fox car made.  I might even go as far as figuring out a way to put the seat controls in the door panels like the Mark's had.  Good luck!
