List (http://"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ford_engines")
I was just searching Wikipedia this morning out of sheer boredom and found this nice comprehensive list of Ford engines. It's got just about every one on there that I can think of. They have the 429 but I din't see the Boss version. Either way, it's a cool list for anyone that has ever wondered exactly how many different engines Ford put out. Anyhow, I'm sure this is no news to a lot of you, and I'm sure there'll be at least one of you that lets me know, *cough*Chuck*cough* but I thought it was pretty cool.
Missed the 255W in my tbirds but has the 1951-1966 Zephyr 6 listed WTF?? pretty cool though
Funny, they have the Volvo inline six and 4.4 V8 (based on Yamaha/SHO V8) but not the Volvo inline 5...
I also notice they mention the Modular V8 in DOHC but not SOHC or 3-valve configuration. I also don't see the mother of all Ford engines, the 427 SOHC (even though it's in the picture at the right of the V8 engine list
Well, that's the great thing about Wikipedia is it's user written, so if any of you feel so inclined to add your info, you can. I've found with a few of them, you actually have to click into the subcategories to get the more specialized engines.
Thats awesome, I added 255 to the windsor list :p did actually find it in a sub category though
yeah...the modular v8 section needs a little help. neet though
If you click on the modular link the table of contents show almost all the Mod motors

My guess is some of the missing motors may be under other engine categories.....
I see a list of engines not starter motors :dunno: :flip:
My brother had a Lincoln Zepher with a flat head V12. I think it was a 1937 model.
