You're not going to find much for 4-lug anyway....

not necessairly, however you'd increase your chances of finding 18" rims if you converted over to 5-lug.

If you convert to 5-lug, there's some fairly cheap (for 18's) 18" Saleen knockoffs on ebay. Otherwise, I don't know of many 18" wheels for four lug. Somebody might make '00 Cobra R's in 18", 4 lug.

If you want to keep the 4-lug I've heard that if you use about 1\2" spacers 2000 and up mercury cougars are the same bolt pattern 4x108".

I don't think they were very cheap but http://www.bigwheels.net (http://"http://www.bigwheels.net")
has some 18" spinners that fit them.

I agree. getting 18" wheels I think would definitely call for brake upgrades, even for looks.. you wouldn't want to see y brakes behind huge wheels, it's not right.

I always laugh when I see stupid ricers around here with small rusty front discs, and even worse looking rear drums totally exposed by huge 5 spoke wheels wrapped in Walmart brand P-zero knock offs.

What's wrong with spinnaz??:hick:  I got 14" American Racing on mine but I need sum new wheels. The guy that I got the car from looks like he never cleaned the wheels a day in his life. They are covered in rust and grime. Took me like 2 hours to clean one wheel off I had to use GOJO with the grit just to get it clean. But theres not much I can do about the rust..

Yeah my car stops fine too, my 87 v-6.......

These cars arent that bad in the snow, and bigger wheels and tires arent going to help.
