That thunderbolt has been on ebay at least once before, by the same seller. What do you think happened - deadbeat bidder @ $250k?
Maybe they bidder's wife wouldn't let him take a second mortgage on the house.......
Last time the auction ended "reserve not met". Think it was close to $500,000.:D
hey thats pretty sweet.....
I can think of 500,000 better ways to spend that money
Kinda makes me sick like watching the Barrett-Jackson auction! I just set there and drool over cars i can't have! lol
Wow. That's getting me in the mood to start working on my '64 Fairlane right now.
Like buy yourself five Mansions out in the Florida Keys? or some other kind of splurging when your that rich.
It's a pretty cool car, being that it is a 1 off, but I agree with Baxo. If I had 500 thou to blow on cars, I'd rather buy like 3 or 4 less rare ones, and sink some money into the bird. To eash thier own though.
You have a Fairlane?!?! U have been offiially added to my "u da man" list! lol
ummm, you havent priced mansions lately, have you?
Hey, I saw that M/T Thunderbolt in one of those national car trader things back when I was in high school (bout '97-98 or so) for $250,000...that thing's been all over the place since then!
Nope have no want to live in one and its understood its an exaggeration.
Theres no way you could get $250,000 worth of enjoyment out of that thing. You can't drive it on the street and if you live some place like me your 2 hours away from a drag strip.
F**K it buy a gremlin and put a 401 in it. Then use the rest of the money to hustle people.
Yes I do...
not the greatest pic but meh

I highly doubt this thing will ever be worth as much as that T-Bolt though.
The auction ended at 200,000.I put 150,000 on it early in the auction and was outbid right away.I stopped after that.
Not necessarily the body style I like, but still very cool!!
I like just about classic cars!
Hey, that's a nice looking car!
And there's always the Thunderbolt lookalike route...seen lots of people do that.
id buy 500,000 frostys or maybe 250,000 5 peice chicken nuggets and 250,000 frostys at wendys
edit: oops i before e
I'd pay off the house and the Mustang, buy the wife a new car, and buy myself a cup of coffee......
