the car is preety dirty but last night was cool with the fog so i was playing with the camera.
If you can set the intinsity of your flash on your camera, that bottem pic would have been really nice with a low flash, just enough to show the body lines.
one more. this is the one i like most. came out py ill mess with it to get it beter.
i couldnt use a flash. it would come out all spotty. kinda sucks
Here is a trick Cougarcoupe. Take a section of a milk jug and hold over the flash, that should defuse it enough so there are no hot spots on your car. Also since your not using the flash your exposure time is really long, causing the bluryness. You could use a tripod to steady yourself.
Nice Stang CougarCoupe.
Foggy days are the perfect time to get a good pic. Heres my '85 at Toronto Motorsports Park on a foggy morning:
thanks for the tip ill try that some time. also i think thats why my bottom pic came out beter it was on the ground. but i also had the camera set to a lower quality.
wld brd. thanks . not to many foggy days so got to use them when we can
I've also used a napkin to do this.
Tripods work wonders. You can get a table top tripod that stands only a few inches tall which is great for low angle shots. If you don't want to use a tripod, just steady the camera on some stationary object. You could even put your wallet on the ground and use that to steady the camera.
I know what you mean about the grainy look with the flash. Night shots like that are difficult to get. That second one is still a great pic though.
Nice Mustang.
Another thing with the second pic, I would have moved the car so that you couldn't actually see the parking lot light. Its creating a weird effect off the hood of the car.
What kind of camera are you using? I'm asuming a digital?
it's a cheep kodak 3.2 mega pixels it's a c300. im going to get a nice beter camera after i get some other things straight. but for a starter camera. it's ok. plus i got it for x-mass so free. isnt a bad price. it takes a nice pic in the daylight though.
I tried to edit your picture some, not enough light to work with. Then again, my program isn't that powerfull either. No sharpening effects, atleast none that work.
lets see how this comes out: nope!!!too big
