Sorry to get off topic but were those pedals as hard to instal for you as they were me? I'm never doing that again.
I had already removed my t-bird's dash and most of the interior before I decided to do the t-5 conversion. I had a dash fire which destoyed the dash, headliner, and intsrument cluster. I think I must have wired the cluster wrong, cause' it caught on fire one night(long story) but anyhoo, after that I went all out on the bird. I pulled all the wiring out of the engine compartment so it can be hidden creatively(will have pics soon) I removed the heater core and surrounding plastics, as well as all the isulation in the car, and boy does all that stuff weigh alot! So, to make this story short,
I had nothing in my way to get to the brake pedal assembly. My clutch pedal/brake pedal unit went in easy anough, though I did have problems attaching the brake light sensor to the brake pedal/master cyinder rod. After I got that all figured out, everthing else bolted back together just fine.:D ~tbirdmanjwg~
