...in case you care. ;)
That's pretty nice. I would like a test drive please
i like it
Not too bad. I'd take a new Challenger over it hands down though.
not bad
That's hott
We are in the midst of the new Muscle Car Age. It's exciting! Challenger, Camaro, Charger, Mustang, Magnum, GTO. There are a lot of cool RWD V8's out there or soon to be out there.
That thing looks gross.:yuck:
Very nice! I do love how the muscle cars are coming back. But the Challenger I would sell both cougs and the truck for...
wow looks just like all the dodge's. Diffrent grill though.
Cute, you wanna be a smart ass atleast be right on it. Challenger looks nothing like the other dodges. the entire front ends different, now if it actually goes into production thats a whole new story. Im sure itll have a similar grill if it actually made it to the production line but atleast its nothing like chevy having pretty much the same
ENTIRE FRONT END on everything.
The automobile industry and its different manufacturers have always had similar body styles for every year. But putting the entire front end on a body with different interior options shouldnt classify as a different model.
Another steaming, stinking example of bad automitive design....
Looks as though they should have let the Camaro name stay dead.
oh yeah sorry the bumper cover is totally diffrent. Kinda like the 87-88 cars. your right, compleately diffrent and totally inspired. I am not dissing it cause its a chevy, I am just saying. Overly plain and looks just like all the other *new* cars.
I am just saying it how it is. If you dont like it, call me a dumbass. I dont care. The car just looks like ass.
I cant beleive it took that long to come up with such a bland design. Look mustang hasnt missed a beat and even though i dont like to 05 at least it is original to some extent.
Wow so chevy unbadged the CTS and pulled the front grill out to a point, good job boys good job.
yay more gm buttstuff leakage. looks tough though. i think dodga already has it beat but well see. im actually happy too see that though. everybodys 180 back too rwd v8 "musclecars". i think the whole movement is cool. something out there thats not so everyday standard. i always wondered what it was like in the 60s and 70s with all these sick factory machines running around. hopefully gm does something sweet with the car. hard too tell just by one pic. its a little stretched out in the pic for my taste. likely it willl have some sort of manifestation of the vettes engine. one things for sure, they gotta get in and take their share of this market whilt its hot.
Yup looks good if you cover the front and back of it. My thoughts if you are going to bring the name back bring it back as a car of its own not a corvette drive line on a cadillac chassie with styling from god knows where.
:barf:
The car must have been designed by multiple departments. It goes from all sharp edges to rounded and smooth to sharp again.
...
I like it... and hope they build it.
The more cars like this they build the better it is for every enthusiast no matter what brand they drive! Bring on the new musclecar wars!
Looking more at it, I see one place that could use some improvement. Now I know the pointed nose is the basic trademark of all Camaros, but I really think that one is a little too pointy. It would look a lot better if it was a bit flatter.
It was unveiled at the Auto Show this past weekend......here's some more pics.....

It looks much better in silver. I like it, but I doubt GM will build it, and if they do, they'll probably "dumb it down". GM is too strapped for cash right now to take a risk on a niche car. They need to get their bread-and-butter cars moving off showroom floors before they can play around with something like that.
Have any of you guys ever owned a 20 year old Camaro? They deteriorate really quickly.
driven a couple. They are very similar to the feel of a 20 year old cougar or tbird.
I must have gotten really lucky with my Cougar then. It is twice as nice as any of the old Camaros I have owned or been around.
Seems to look like the Challenger to me (I just got my new Car and Driver with the Challenger concept vehicle article in it.) Of course there are some obvious differences, but one reminds me of the other.
Well good thing this thing is brand new!
owned a 79' Z-28 w/4speed. Wish i still had it as well as other cars i have had. it was a nice car. only 170 HP w/350 & 4bbl. carb. & 4 spd. Boy did that have some potential. O well
My first two cars were Firebirds (a '78 T/A and an '80 Formula), and I will own another one. I'll always love my Thundercats, but my first car will always have a special place in my heart...
Mine, too.. but I doubt they'll ever bring back the Pinto. :p
I now have a spare TC engine/tranny. I'd LOVE to find a pinto :D
No kidding.. I wouldn't mind that combo either.. even if it was another -brown Pinto like mine was. :p
I owned a 90 RS with the v6. they had the torque. but my bird rode a lot nicer.
it aint all that bad as long as it has room for a plus size male like myself
