As far as clutches go, Centerforce, Spec, Ram and Luk all make clutches for the 2.3L, but I can't say I know how great they all are. I have a Luk but I think it is pretty much a stock replacement clutch.

For flywheels, Esslinger and I think Racer Walsh both have aftermarket flywheels, but they are definitely not cheap.

You can get a new flywheel at NAPA or the like.

I'm more that happy with my Spec 3 in my TC. As for a flywheel, Chuck has the right idea. Although, I couldn't find one in Canada, crossed the boarder and got a new one at Advance for $39 I believe.

what I have found so far for the clutch and flywheel together is about 600.  where do you get these Spec 3 clutches?

centerforce stage 2 here. put it in almost 2 years ago. about 25,000 miles and about a dozen dragstrip passes later still working great. think i spent around 400 bucks or so but i replaced clutch, pp, t/o bearing, pilot bearing, clutch fork, and t/o bearing retainer so not too bad imo.
