Cant tonight, PS2 not hooked up to the net I need to get a new cable. my cat ate the one that it was hooked to.

Your cat ate the Cat 5 cable that was hooked up to the network connection what the hell possessed it to do that?

And as i am unemployed im usually on socom2 around in the afternoon or sometime around 10pm or so

Well is more like chewed or mauled . He has these spirts were he attacks everything its strange really.
ok well when I get new cable, Well get together and play a round of SOCOM. Word of warning I have not played that in a bit i'm a litle rusty.

I have socomII and gt4 :) havnt played either lately...fight night round 2 has been takin up most of my attention lol. maybe a bunch of us can get on and play a few games of something one night.

I have mainly put most of my resources towards my modded xbox for obvious reasons. I sold my original copy that i had of socom 2 and just recenty bought a used copy so im all set.

Well I should have the new cable by the weekend. I'm off Saturday and Sunday if you want to set something up by all means let me know. 

The Networking Games I have are:
GT4, SOCOM II, 007: Nightfire, and 007: Everything or Nothing

For the record I am rusty on all these games. My time lately has been consumed by MGS2: Sons of Liberty and MGS3: Snake Eater.

I got GT4 last Christmas but it is still in the plastic wrapping.  I haven't even opened it yet.

I'm still enjoying Need For Speed Underground, another game I got last Christmas that I just opened up.  You can also play that online.

If you all are going to start playing that, perhaps I need to open it and get through some levels first so I can join in.

If I can get a network adapter Ill play anyone on Need For Speed Underground 1 or 2. Resident Evil Outbreak ATV Offroad Fury 2. You name it. I got broadband so no troubles other than 39.99 for a network adapter. XBOX Live anyone. I can get that too, got an XBOX w/ Halo 2.

You have Underground 1. Two you can drive around the city like free run. I wanna play Most Wanted. Getting busted by the cops, car impounded.

There is a "Free Run" under "Quick Race" in this one too.

Or do you mean you can drive on all the streets in any direction in a session?

On Underground 2, You drive around the city to the races and to the custom shops. There is a menu like on the first, but this one is an all time free run where your objective is to drive around the city and explore.

Hell ill probably grab a copy of NFSUG 1 & 2 as seeing that used they should be pretty cheap.

i have socom ii and mgs3 and a network adapter but i haven't played either. just got everything, including the ps2, this weekend. so far soul calibur 3 has taken up my attention. i would like a online racing game though... i guess i'll go grab a copy of nfsu2 and join the fun. :)
