Went to work for 3 hours today before they evacuated the building. So I called the home office and they told me they didn't have enough room for me to come back there. So I got a free day off work with pay without using vacation, sick, or personal time.
WOO HOO:drink:
First question. Evacuation??
The main Sewage line froze under the parking lot then backed up into the accounting/perchasing dept. about 2 - 3in raw sewage on the floor.:yuck: :barf:

That's an interesting situation.:yuck:
hey look at it this way it took alot of shiznit to get you there, ha ha ha ha ha i need another job.
Sounds like you might get more than just one day off.....
Nope, back to work today. They brought in 2 porta-johns for around 200 people.
I went out to lunch and used the bathroom there.:D
Haha, that's what my dad's company did when they had a water line break. He works for FedEx Frieght. They put a couple porta-johns in right next to the mechanics shed which is conveniently located in the center of the yard. Imagine having to use the bathroom and you go outside, dodging incoming and outgoing tractor trailors. The woman in the office weren't too pleased.
So they got all that cleaned up and there are no horrific odors?
Hell No.
Smells like the largest bathroom in the world. They have air freshnes everywhere. The porta johns are on the loading dock. And to make things worse the women get one to themself, all four women get one to themself.
That's why I figured you'd have a couple days off..... That happened in the Emergency room of a hospital up here last year. Unsafe working conditions. All emergency patients diverted to other area hospitals for 5 or 6 days.....Not very cool of them to have you breathing that stuff in.....The sense of smell is closely related to taste......and now I've said too much:yuck:
SNOW DAY!!! Im at school right now and its not snowing that bad, but its colder than if hell froze over. We get outta her in 2 hours. only an hour and a half early. I dont have to have my presentation done for my Senior Project. Did you guys have those at your schools?
Guess what they got more porta johns 6 total. 1 king size one with all the gadgets:giggle: . And the women took it.
They also ordered new carpet for that portion of the building.
Um, No.
I graduated with a 1.95 gpa. The only thing that kept me from being a super senior was my shop and art classes.:D
I grew up in a small town my gaduating class had around 175 people. The entire school had 800 some.
We did for the vocationals anyway. You know autotech and the such. I did mine on Electronic Stability Control.
