I use world heads, I like them, the benefits of using alum over iron is weight, but Iron heads are proven to flow better, In a light car like ours i would choose the flow over weight. It's important to note that cast iron heads can actually deliver more power than comparable aluminum heads because cast iron can retain heat as opposed to aluminum, which dissipates the heat. The more heat in a combustion chamber means a higher potential for power. If you do get them make sure you paint them. the iron will rust quickly Ill post some pics of mine this weekend i have them disassembled. Use the 180cc heards about 1k for the set preassembled through summit, the 200cc are prolly going to be to much.

*yes another edit* You will also have to purchase new pus pods, these use guideplates so your going to need hardened push-rods. Im using comp rods, I posted here to see what everyone though of them but i guess noone here knows anything about them, also if you use headers (not stock exhaust manifold) your going to have to purchase a short plug otherwise the plug wire boots will hit. Hope this helps.

*edit* here is the summit number WRL-053030-1
plug number accel Number: 0576
pushrods comp cams: 7831-16
