Ok, I won't laugh at the mold, it looks good, cant wait to see it attached to your car in final form.  But I will laugh at whatever the hell flower thing it is sitting on.  Haha.

Anyhow, roughly how big is that thing?  The picture makes it looks huge, wierd angle or something.  Will you possibly be making these for sale, or just for youself?

I wont laugh eitgher to the box.. But i'll 2nd laughing at this flower thing.... :giggle:

What are the dimention of your mold? It looks very high to me...
The usual dimention are : 25"W x 2-1/2"H x 35"L

Personally, I would simply buy one instead of going all thru this...
Check this one : http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-VehicleBrowse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2010325/showCustom-0/p-2010325/N-200728685+111+1967+600002525/c-10101

is the same shape roughly

the deminsions on mine are

28" long  23" wide by 8" tall

I will be shorting the height  by about 2"  for a total of 6"

I may consider making a few extra ones depending on how the first comes out. maybe in differant heights.

and the flower thing is my 4 yr olds rug she has to keep in the living area:flip:

Id go with Chopped for strength. The woven glass is good for contours because you can stretch it around but it doesn't give as much strength as the chopped mat does
