Happy Halloween Guys.
Happy Halloween...my 4 year old son made out like a bandit this year. Of course now I have to put up with him bouncing off the walls till midnight from all the sugar.
Happy Halloween everyone.
Trick-or-treating here is Monday night. I'll be heading to my aunt's house to help hand out candy and take my 5 year-old cousin around. Here's hoping she wants to go through more than two courts this year. What happened to the way it was when I was her age? Whether I was tired or felt like walking or not, I went through the entire development. Last year she didn't get enough candy to fill half of her plastic pumpkin.
The best part about handing out candy though is that I can give one to the kid and take two for myself. One for the kid and two for myself..
or just shut the light off and have it all for yourself:evilgrin:
Yes, everyone have a very safe Halloween, around where I live there's a lot of crazy people that come out on Halloween, and there have been more than one person come up missing within the couple days afterwards every year. So, BE SAFE!
Note to self: Stay away from west central Wisconsin...
Me and the wife did some carvin last night. Happy Ghouls and Goblins Day!
Is that SpongeBob Pumpkin Pants?
Yes it is. You wouldn't expect Spongebob Potatopants would ya?:D
HappyHalloween to you guys and your family.
Happy Halloween!
It's 8:30 local time and we've had a grand total of 2 trick-or-treaters.
Oh well, more candy for me! :)
I know how you feel - aside from my sister showing up with her daughter and filling her pockets (my sister's, not her daughter's) I've hardly had any. There's a fairly new neighbourhood about 1/2 mile from here where everyone goes because the houses are so close together - you couldn't drive a car between 'em.
Its 6:15 and not a soul.
Of course out in the county houses are a mile apart, and the driveway is 1/2 mile long.
none here either. good thing too i done ate all the candy:O
i took my daughter out with my neighbors kids to 2 different neighbor hoods. we have the exact opposite here the kids are out just noone is giving out candy, The 5 year old girl next door went home criing cause she had a total of 17 peices of candy after 1.5 hrs of walking. My daughter s 2 so she really doesnt know whats going on but sheesh the other kids.
This is goona sound strangs but...kids are too nice these days. When I was a kid out trick-or-treating, if people didn't give out candy their house got egged, or TPed, or my fav...cut their closeline.
The rule is here..if the light is on...they are giving out candy.
There are very few lights on in my neighborhood.....
We had a surge of kids and I had to run out for more candy....and then shortly after I got back...they stopped coming. Oh well, more candy for me :D
Too nice? Not here. Half of the kids even said "Trick or Treat" and about 2 of them said thank you without being prompted by thier parents. A few of them were 16-18 year olds dressed in regular clothes. They got old expired candy.
what's the worse is being a punk and taking your daughter trick or treating (who's 2 years old and dressed like a witch) and getting comments like "great punk outfit! that must of taken alot of work!" or "nice johnny rotten outfit!":screwy: (well, at least i would have matched chuck and his wife). well, at least it's the only day of the year where i don't get yelled at as much.:shoothead
