Just wondering if a Mustang K-member from a 94-95 Mustang will work in an 87 5.0 Bird? I think the k-members for the mustangs are the same up until 98 but not 100%.

They changed in 96 when they went to the 4.6. The 94-95 K-member is different yet from the Fox ones. However, they didn't really change the mounting points on the frame.

I imagine it's going to fit, with all the usual pitfalls that befall installing a Mustang K-member in a Tbird.

Thanks Chuck.I should have just emailed you in the first place.I am getting my old 87 back and might as well pick up a 94-95 Stang k-member for it because of the motor mounts, plus I have some PBRs for it anyway.
Hey, I exhausted all my resources out for that flywheel.Should have contacted you on it, sorry about that.Have you tried like NAPA?

I should have one on the way. I'm looking for a couple 5.0 f/w's as well too, but shouldn't have too much trouble finding those.
