anyone crazy enough to swap their TC over to manual steering? i am debating on it because with the new 3.5" wide front wheels and skinny tires it wouldnt be hard to steer, plus there would be a nice weight reduction and parasite drag loss too. any ideas on how to run the serpentine belt?
i run a disconnected power rack . with 3.5 and a heavy motor on the front have no problems steering it .and find it one finger drivable going down the road.
on the 2.3 without p.s get ya some pre 87 alt brackets so you can nix the tensioner and adjust the tension.
its actually kinda fun unless you are in a parking lot. Its kinda fun to be spinning out and the car fights you back
