My Tbird's yellowed headlights make her look like a geriatric. The solution, new headlamp assemblies. I went thought the "Headlamp" links section of the Coolcats site and found one site with replacement assemblies... Headlight Warehouse (http://"http://www.headlightwarehouse.com/shop/shopping/?id=299"). Anyone use them?
I never use them, but new ones can be had from ford .
p/n = E7SZ-13007-A HEADLAMP RIGHT
E7SZ-13007-B HEADLAMP LEFT
thats just the lenz btw gotta attach to backing plate
cost about 50 bucks each from online part dealer like 1stfordparts.com or see what your dealer will charge
You might want to get new adjuster screws as they may break even if your careful. I did manage not to break mine
E7SZ13032D HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER SHORT (1 per side)
E7SZ13032C HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER LONG (2 per side)
A cheaper idea would be to check ebay. When my friends all went in on my new head lights, they only spent about 120 after shipping for both sides. Granted they were just the headlight housings, you would have to reuse the old mounting bracket obviously.
I purchased a set of headlights for my 88 T-bird. Although the part number is different than the OEM part number, the units shiped were an exact match for the OEM.
