i was wondering if anyone would know if i could put a trans out of a 5.0 tbird into my 85 mustang 2.3 race car i need to try and find a trans with a 1.99 gear ratio i see they put some in the t-birds wasn't sure if it would bolt up or if the input shaft was different diameter any help would be appreciated thanks alot
So what 5.0 Tbird has a manual tranny??? And which gear do you need the 1.99 ratio??? There are none with a 1st gear in that area(which is how various trans are refered)...
