Title: info on finding a missing person

Does Any One Know How To Find Someone Without Paying These Would Be Find Any One Sites ..im Trying To Locate My Wife's Brother Who Was Taken When He Was 2 Yrs Old By Her Father I Have His Birth Cert,and Social Security Card..though I Do Belive His Name Was Changed Some Where Along The Line ...maybe Due To Adoption Or Something ..by Now He Would Be Around 23 Yr's Old. I Would Love To Find Him For My Wife And Mother In Law...so Ant Advice Would Help Alot...thank's Guy's.............bear

If you have a name and state you may be able to start here.
If you have his SS number try the local court house, matter of records dept.

start calling know places of residence and speaking with the courthouse or city clerks office. also with a soc you can try to track him down from universities or credit checks, try using yahoo search, it's scary what that will come up with some times.

edit: not the yahoo search engine, but the yahoo people search.

I just tried that people search. Turns out I actually live in Victoria BC, and I'm the only Adam Reeves in Canada.

well i have tried all of that i might just half to pay..they give you just enough info to get you thinking that could be him and then say we will sell you his info for 30-100 dollars...i even called my towns archives to gat the report made in 84 and they said that it wasent a police matter any more....thank's
