It's an actual 83, small emblems and everything. Silver/grey cloth, 5Spd, 98K miles, prem sound, with PERFECT Marchal's and 2 sets of perfect covers. Riding on 10-holes (215 front, 255 back) and came with the original set of 8-holes on original wheels. It's complete down to the tray inside the console. Are y'all sitting down? $400 took it home. :D :D :D :D :hick: I am the greatest! Now if I can only convince the girlfriend that it was a good idea...
I almost forgot! It has wing windows! Pics soon...
Congrats! can't wait to see the pics!
..... :p
have her read this post. THAT WAS A GREAT IDEA, if i had money i would offer you 450 for it. then you could make a 50 dollar profit. :P
That sounds to be one hell of a deal! So I'll have to retort as chuck did. ! The only thing that I noticed is that you said it had the factory 8 hole wheels. In 83-84 they would have put the TRX wheels on it from the factory.those would be those 14.5 inch wheels that no one has tires for.
390mm or 15.4in

$211*4=$844 before shipping, Road hazard, and finding some place to mount them.
Here's a couple of quickies! I'll get more when I get a chance to clean her up! Back to work...
nice
looking to sell one of your tc's? ;)
thats not the factory steering wheel is it? looks like a stang wheel
even if he sells his TC, gotta go get it from Washington...not DC, but Washington state
Nice bird. Sweet deal.
Yep... it's a mustang wheel....
I have the same in my garage... :D
Anyway, the stang wheel is much more confortable and pleasant to drive with than the original one...
Nice find....
It look clean... But I still find you dont own enough T-bird... :giggle:
Looking good but isn't that a Mustang steering wheel. In 83 shouldn't they have had a A-fram style wheel? ANy how I love your car and If I lived near you I would steal it! LOL! The 83086 bird's are the best!

Lostbrew, actually, yeah, 2 of them are for sale! (I own an 83, 2 87's, 3 88's, and an 88 Coug along with a 92 SHO). :hick: Here's some pics of it cleaned up. I drove a 650 mile round trip without a single hiccup in the first 3 days of ownership. Today I cleaned it, andbought some floormats for it. Well, the fix-it list is done. :D Here's some pics.
Here's a few more! Check out the (i think) original decals around the windows. BTW, I have the original wheels w/tires, a set of 8-holes (84 TC) w/tires, a spare set of Marchal covers, and the original steering wheel. It does have a very nice CD player (Sony) and stereo set-up (JBL speakers).
well how mutch for the silver tc next to the coug in your one pic? the one with the bra. and where are you located?
Yup those decals are original. I had them painted in on the 83 when I had it painted.
Looks good, but I just don't like that steering wheel.. :yuck:
steering wheels gotta go!
hey chuck, any word about mounts?:D
Hey Ben-
Brice should have gotten the update email yesterday. :deal:
sweet! you rock chuck! :headbang:
. gimmie! gimmie! i love those blue interiors..
It's a beautiful thing! The interior is actually grey, and I really like the stripe. I have the original wheel, I might put it back because it's really nice. Of course, then I'd have to put the original wheels on, too.
aw.. looked blue in the pic. still. the grey isnt' bad either.
very nice.. reminds me of my 84 a bit when i first got it except mine was all leather...till i changed it partially to an 88 interior...
Damm that look lke my car only mine is an 84. Mine is gray also but lots of people tell me it is blue. Here is a pic.
