i have an 87 t-bird 5.0 in the middle of complete ovehaul the only parts i am haing troble with are the spings / struts.
now i have spared no expence on the complete front and rear suspencion so am wandering what the best way to go is.

D&D tubeular k member,
flaming river steering rack,
95 cobra control arms,
95 cobra brakes front and rear 5 lug (m-2300-k),
3.55 richmond gears,
trickflow rear diff cover,
tubula upper and lower rear control arms,
comp enginering caster camber,
and turbo coupe sway bars.

Look through this post (below) to get a feel of what ride height you like and go from there. There are an infinite amount of strut/shock/spring combos out there so it's hard to tell you where to start.
