Title: Need an 8.8 rear end

I'm going to regear with like 3.55 or 3.73 gears not too aggressive.  But i would like a limited slip or something like that.

I got one for sale. It's out of an 87' TC.  Came out of an automatic which was 3.55 gearing I believe.  Includes full disks and calipers, quad shocks with hard to find brackets, e-brake cable, spare tires on each end to move around easier and limited slip diff.  $150.00 plus shipping.  I don't have the space for it anymore. It's gotta go.

The gears in an automatic turbo coupe are 3.73 and are worth slightly more than the manual turbo coupe gears which are 3.55.

I will have the 8.8 out of my 88 cougar XR7 out.  It has 3:08 gears I believe, with drum brakes. I'm swaping it for a TC rear I have. I live in Kankakee IL. (an hour S. of chicago)  I want 100.00 for it.  It has 61,000 mile on it. and recent brakes.

Jays85, still got the rear end? I have a buddy I work with looking for an 8.8. If you still have it, I'll let him know. He lives here local in KY, possibly in Shelbyville. No need for shipping.

i have an 88tc 8.8 w/3.73's.complete cept for e brake cable.might have the cable,but you can still get replacement cables from pepboys.i called and checked about 3 or 4 weeks ago.dont have them in stoch,but can get them for you they said.anyways,will take $150.00 for my rear as well.

Hey neighbor,
  Sent ya a PM.  Did I mention this is a complete rear end?  Calipers, disks, quad shocks with brackets, e-brake cable and brake lines and spare doughnuts on each end so I don't ruin the disks.  Later dude...

I got a 8.8 rear for sale.  Complete rear end with disks, brake lines and quad shocks with attachment brackets.  Its out of a TC with the auto tranny so Its got 3.73 gears.
