I have about 1/8th" left brake pad before it hit's the the warning mark. Should I just keep driving it till it wears out to that mark. Or do I only have a short amount of time left before I need to replace it anyway?
might as well replace it, why push the luck?
The rule of thumb that I use:
When the lining is the same thickness as the metal, time to replace.
when you have to question brakes..... replace them, better safe than sorry
