Title: 1987 Mustang 14'' rims specs - same as T-bird?
Post by: Shevretti on August 02, 2005, 03:47:57 AM
Hello again!
I can get a set of stock 1987 Mustang 14'' rims almost for free and I was wondering if they would fit my '87 T-bird. Are they same specs as stock 14'' T-bird rims? I mean same width, same offset?
Thanks in advance for help!
Mariusz...

Yes they will fit as long as you have the 10" front brakes.  They are the same.

if there not the same, they will be close enough. You can also run basically any newer rim like the focus's and all of the front wheel drive ford cars have, on the back wheel at least.

How can I tell my T-bird has 10'' front brakes?

If it's stock...they're 10".  Otherwise to be certain, measure them.
