I just realized that the EEC in my car was from a 3.0L car...
Its even marked on it on the Ford sticker....
It reads as follow : "For use with 3.0L Taurus/Sable ONLY!" :bs:
How the hell my car was still running fine in these condition? :screwy:
I had a 5.0 in it...

That's a common sticker on TBird ECUs....disregard..
Thansk.... and you'r right.... i just checked the code "DG1" on the connector and it correspond to a 5.0 T-Bird SD-SFI...
They must have had a $hit load of those stickers and said "lets stickem on the 5.0 EECs and Fu-up a bunch of technicians". I've seen them on Stang EECs as well.
