Are you planning on running a cowl hood or some type of scoop to cover the air cleaner?  Good Gravy is there even a cowl hood that big?

What about a "shaker" hood scoop a la 1970 429 Torino Cobra?

You should do the boss 429 hood scoop, after all that would be quite bad ass with having a 429.....and be unique like your engine.

yeah man, you might wanna get a scoop put on that before you take it to the track it will effect your time greatly......if you dont and you get to much airflow you might run lean might being the key word i dunno horsepower tv isnt allways right heh stupid tv

Dumb question but how did ya make that custom switch panel for the windows and mirrors? It looks pretty cool:D . By the way get a hood scoop on that thing. If ya don't it might suck down a low flying bird or something :giggle: !

i think i need a hood scoop. everyone pulls out infront of me. i swear no one sees im speeding:) no but really people pull over for me in my dad's stang but in this car no one does they just like get infront of me and slow down.

Hay Sleeper, I had no idea the swap was going this good. I talked to you on the Tccoa about my Turbo. I like the Cobra mags on fox bodies and Bullets on MN12s. Thats the combo I was thinking of doing before my 94 4.6 got totaled while I was sitting at a red light. Still trying to get money from there insurince company. I still need to to get both sets of mags becouse I'm looking to get another 94-95 4.6. But both T-bird look great and thanks for the Aux shaft it works great but now the cam is messing up and the Turbo is down for a forth time. I think its been parked for more days then it's been driven. I'm thinking of rebuilding the 2.3 and just make sure it's all in good working order. Your cars look great and I can't wait to see some track pic and times from the 429. I hope everything works out and that eveything turns out that good on my projects. Good luck

You need to build a cowl around the tc scoops. look like a Trans Am style ram air. I wanna do it, just dont have a tc hood or skills with fiberglass

Still looking, they go from cheap and very beat to nice and expensive.

I want cheap and nice.:giggle: but it has to be a notch.  The production numbers say that about 1/2 built were notch but the hatch is all you see.

It may be 500 steps backward, but at least you still have it.  You've put sooo much time and effort into making that car everything it has been, and I'm sure it's the same for what it will become.  That motor looks hot man, keep up the good work.
