Look on your existing backing plates and see if you can find a Ford part number. Once you have that my guess is that they are the same as the backing plates on the Fox Mustang 7.5 rear ends or at least some of them and maybe even some of the Rangers and Aerostar vans being that the left axles out of those two vehicles were used in the five lug conversions on the Fox Mustangs. Just trying to broaden the pool for your search.
I checked around on the Mustang sites and the 7.5 and 8.8 backing plate to drum will swap back and forth on those rear ends so that is encouraging.
