I have an '87 cougar that has the "Base" digital set of guages. It consists of ony the speedo and some warning lights. I hate it. Now, is it possible to put buttstuffog guages in place of this very boring set up or can I just install a full digital display without much hassle?

Aftermarket guages might be a little less work than installing a full digital. Seeing as you have to change the gas tank for a full digital display. Both will require quite a good amount of wiring.

Also look up "The Hawk" and check out his page on cardomain. Awesome use of aftermarket gauges.
