Title: 84 3.8L Bucks in 1st gear at low speed
Post by: atengnr on May 04, 2016, 07:31:25 PM
Hey, have a 1984 Tbird, and have noticed a few times that while at low speed, in first gear, on a grade, driveline will buck a bit.  Has not happened in other gears.  For example, was in parking garage, and going up a grade at 5mph and noticed the bucking.  Any thoughts on this?  Seems to be tranny/driveline and not engine.  Could this be band slipping?

Thanks.
