I can't recommend one brand over another, but I can tell you this: unless you're installing them into housings designed for HID, or at the very least projector-style housings, save your money. HID's put out a different type of light and will have a different beam pattern when used in halogen housings. The light source in an HID bulb is usually further from the base than a halogen bulb. This will change (or more likely, entirely remove) the focus point of the headlights, so instead of shining a strong beam at a specific point in front of the car the light will scatter. Immediately in front of you may appear brighter, but further down the road will be darker, and you'll blind everyone coming the other way.

Changing the location of the light source might not seem like a big deal, but remember that the only difference between high and low beams in a 9004/9007 bulb is the location of the elements,  and those elements are less than 1/8" apart

A quick Google search for "4x6 projector headlights" will give you plenty of results that are more suitable for HID conversion

I pulled the kit off my Marauder and tossed them in the trash... Those were supposed 9007 replacements...

Thunder chicken is right on the money
A true retrofit is the best option but I can't think of any reputable company that makes projectors for the 4x6 style lights
On my 87 I was doing a retrofit to use mini h1 style projectors but it has taken quite a while for me to finish them
For the time being I I just installed hids into my current housings,  yea not the best idea but it works for now and everybody around here does the same so why not
I did at least aim them lower so I'm not blinding everybody
