Title: Mach 1 Chin Spoiler on base/LX bumper

I've been thinking about picking up a Mach 1 Chin Spoiler http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/SVE-17626M1/1999-04-Mustang-Mach-1-Style-Chin-Spoiler

I've found people using it on Turbo Coupe bumper covers but I'm wondering if it will work on an 87-88 base/LX bumoper cover? I don't want to blow ~$60 on one if it won't fit on my car.

I've been wondering the same thing.  My buddy with an 04 Mach1 tore his off on a pot hole and bought a new one.  I don't know why he bought a new one because his old one wasn't damaged, but he gladly gave it to me.  I've just been waiting on a good time to try and mount it on.

I have mine, but I have the Turbo Coupe bumper cover. It looks great. You can get them on Ebay, same as LMR, for $50 shipped.
