1985 Tbird 3.8 auto. The car runs and drives extremely well. Brakes are a little spongy (you would be too after sitting for the past 4 years). Only 88,xxx miles on this beast. Almost perfect door dew wipes, one crack in dash, all seats but drivers seat in very nice shape, working radio and working buttstuffog clock. Steering wheel is sticky at the top. Manual seats on both sides, manual lock car. For anyone who is a restoration guy....check out the v belt photo
Trunk has bees. Will get photos after I nuke the nest.
Why am I parting it out??? It was abandoned at a friends shop in 2011 after the customer couldn't pay the bill (brought in for a miss). The shop did a tune up and the car ran great. Customer couldn't pay. The shop owner spoke with the owner of the bird. They didn't want it anymore so it was passed along to me. Owner lost the title and isn't interested in getting a replacement.
Asking $600. Will need a starter solenoid but starts right up by jumping the solenoid. Drive it up on your trailer.
Again, selling parts or whole. Doesn't matter to me either way
More pics to follow this evening. If you would like specific pics and want them quickly feel free to text me

So I'm guessing with no title it would be almost impossible to register this beast?
It's possible but it would take some leg work. Either using a title service or running it through the state of maine. Those laws may have even changed since I was up there last.
Interested in the back bumper and the taillights. Do you have a way to ship those to me? I started getting my 86 ready for paint and the back bumper is cracked in a way that I don't think I can easily fix.
What's your zip code? Shipping won't be a problem but it may be pricy for the bumper
61739. Very interested.
Sale pending on the rear bumper, taillights and armrest.
Door panel pics?
price on dew wipes?
Jerry, grab the wipes they are made from pure unobtanium......
Whatever you do, please don't s it with that trunklid. If it is rust free there are a LOT of people that could likely use it. I already have a spare! :)
Pics and pricing to come later today
Have no fear, when I'm done with a car these is nothing left of it.
are both the doors rust free, or at least not rotten? if so id be interested in buying the bare doors, minus the trim, glass, handles, etc. They would fit on a 1988, am I wrong?
They physically will fit but the body line will be off. The passengers door is flawless, the drivers side not so much.
Darn I wanted tail light, lol. Snooze I looze...:shakehead
IS the Thunderbird emblem on horn pad available? Or the entire horn pad? Mine does not have emblem and needs one!
The entire horn pad is available
Dew wipes sold!!! Thanks Dave.
Last chance guys. All parts that have been earmarked for people have been removed
Arm rest
Dew wipes
Rear bumper
Tail lights
Decklid
Car is getting sped this coming Thursday
Can you post a picture of the car in it's current state?
It looks the same as the original pics minus the parts listed
What abut the rubber seal for the trunk? Good and soft?
Have to check for you
Do you still have the spare tire mount & plastic oversize wing nut? Would you mind cutting that out for me?
I have an '88 that I want to change to this style

Intact and soft
How much for the wasp nest on the left corner of the underside trunk lid shipped to 11572?
you said earlier that the radio works. Is it the original. Mine has lost some of the display digits. Could you show me a pic please. Would be highly interested in that if it works.
It works but it is the base am/fm unit.
Check this out on ebay. This person sells a repair for the dim radio display.

How much for rubber seal? Is all the carpet in the trunck good?
Thanks. I sent the seller a question. I'll see what the response is.
The car doesn't have a full size spare tire mount by chance?
No full size spare mount
She's gone folks. To be reincarnated as a cheap set of sockets from harbor freight
